      Plant Care

  • Sunlight: Place your fishbone cactus in a warm, bright location with indirect light, such as near an east or west-facing window. Avoid full sunlight, which can burn the leaves. If your home doesn't have enough natural light, you can use an LED grow light.

  • Water: Water your fishbone cactus when the top couple of centimeters of soil are dry, which is usually once a week. Let the soil fully dry out between waterings.

  • Temperature: Fishbone cacti prefer warm, humid conditions. Temperatures below 45°F (7°C) can damage or kill the plant.

  • Soil: A good mix of soil would include potting soil, perlite, and sand or pumice so that water can drain well.
