Bunny Ears Cactus (Opuntia microdasys)

  1. Your plant will come with  a wooden stick to measure soil wetness/dryness as well as an eco friendly plantable seeded TPP card.
  2. You will have the option to pick up from my home (in the enclosed "Prop Pot Greenhouse" in the driveway) or have local delivery (within 20 miles of Yarmouth, ME). Voilà!

      Plant Care

  • Sunlight: Bunny ears prefer plenty on light. If natural light is insufficient, use full-spectrum fluorescent grow lights for at least 14 hours daily.
  • Water: Water less frequently during winter dormancy (about once a month or even less) and more often during the summer growing season.  Let the soil fully dry out between waterings. 

  • Temperature: Bunny ears cacti prefer warm, humid conditions. The plant prefers warmer temperatures (70-100°F) during the spring and summer. It appreciates cooler temps 55-65 in the winter dormancy period.
